| Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Communist Party of China(CPC).With the increasing number of netizens and the growing development pattern of the Internet in China,the network is increasingly integrated with China’s politics,economy,culture and society,and the ideological struggle gradually intensifies and spreads to the cyberspace,forming a more severe and complex network ideological situation.Since the 18th congress,Xi Jinping has held work conferences and delivered speeches clinging to the necessity and urgency of network ideological work,and to put forward a series of new thoughts,new views and new judgments,providing important theory meaning and practice value for the prosperity of our country network ideology.This paper combed the network ideological work-related speeches delivered by Xi Jinping,scientifically defined the basic connotation of Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse on Network Ideology(Xi’s ID on NI),analyzed the theoretical basis and era background of Xi’s ID on NI,deeply interpreted the main content of Xi’s ID on NI,summarized the main characteristics and the value of the times of Xi’s ID on NI.This paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one is about the scientific connotation,theoretical basis and historical background of Xi’s ID on NI.Based on the concept of ideology itself and related concepts of Xi’s ID on NI,the author combs the accumulated important theory and practice of ideological work guidance by Marx and Engels,Lenin and several generations of leaders in China during the period of the party and the state construction to find the theoretical basis of ideological and theoretical sources of Xi’s ID on NI.At the same time,by analyzing the reality at home and abroad,this chapter concludes that Xi’s ID on NI is a must corresponding to the network construction and complex international and domestic development situation on the Internet,reflecting the urgency and necessity of Xi’s ID on NIChapter two is the main content of Xi’s ID on NI.Based on Xi Jinping’s series of dissertations on network ideology,this paper expounds its main contents:constructing network ideology with strong cohesion and leading force;building a network ideological work team that listens to the party’s command and is loyal to the CPC;building a network ideology governance system of joint management and benign interaction;building a network ideological and technological defense line featuring abundant talents and win-win cooperation.This paper deeply analyzes the main directions of Xi’s ID on NI from multiple dimensions,and provides a complete theoretical guidance for the work content of network ideology in the new era.Chapter three is the distinctive characteristics of Xi’s ID on NI.This paper summarizes the distinctive features of Xi’s ID on NI,which mainly include:adhering to the basic requirements of the integration of party spirit and people’s nature;adhering to the original heart and continue to move forward together with the sense of mission;adhering to the overall vision of co-planning with Chinese characteristics and an international perspective.From the three dimensions of the work of network ideology,which is the CPC and the people,history and development,domestic and international,this paper highlights the distinct characteristics of Xi’s ID on NI in the new era.Chapter four is about the time value of Xi’s ID on NI.It interprets the theoretical value and practical value that Xi’s ID on NI provides for network ideological work in the new era,mainly reflects in:at the theoretical level,Xi’s ID on NI adheres to the Marxism theory guidance for network ideological work,deepening the guidelines of our ideological work in the new era.This is an essential innovation and breakthrough.In terms of practical value,Xi’s ID on NI not only points out the focus and direction of China’s network ideology work in the new era,but also provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for global Internet governance and development,winning recognition and praise from the world. |
