Research On The Revitalization And Development Of Longjiang In The New Socialist Era

Heilongjiang Province is located in the border of north China,with abundant resources and solid industrial foundation.It played a huge role in supporting the war of liberation and the industrialization process in the early period of new China.In 1952,Mao Zedong called Harbin "the eldest son of the republic".However,since the reform and opening up,the economic and social development in this region has been lagging behind for a long time is an indisputable fact.Since the 18 th national congress,the central committee has given great care to the revitalization and development of Longjiang.Xi Jinping made a series of important speeches and visited Heilongjiang Province.The study on the revitalization and development of Longjiang in the new era will help deepen the understanding of its urgency and importance,build consensus and promote the all-round development and revitalization of Longjiang.This paper applies literature research and systematic analysis.Based on the basic background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it makes an in-depth discussion on the important issues of the revitalization and development of Longjiang.Since 2003,when the central committee of the communist party of China central committee and the state council implemented the strategy of revitalizing northeast China and other old industrial bases,Heilongjiang’s agricultural modernization has been improved,the contribution of foreign trade to economic growth has been rising,and the people’s livelihood has been greatly improved.However,compared with the developed areas in the south,the achievements of the revitalization and development of Longjiang are limited,which are reflected in the low regional GDP and growth rate,prominent industrial structural contradictions and weak scientific and technological innovation capacity.To realize the comprehensive revitalization of Longjiang in the new era,we should vigorously carry forward the spirit of Beidahuang and Daqing Spirit and other excellent cultural traditions,deeply understand Xi Jinping’s series of important instructions for the revitalization of Longjiang,and fully draw on the realistic spiritual strength.On the basis of combining the actual situation of the province,we should position the basic direction of the revitalization and development of Longjiang river scientifically.Firmly grasp the external favorable conditions for development,make the internal advantages of Longjiang bigger and stronger,and promote the revitalization and development of Longjiang to make new breakthroughs.
