Research On Altruistic Behavior From The Perspective Of Social Governance

Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in social construction.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed comprehensively deepening reforms and innovating social governance tasks,marking a new leap in social construction from social management to social governance.The goals of social governance are to guarantee public safety,resolve social conflicts,and cultivate autonomous society.Altruistic behaviors such as helping others,charity donation,volunteer action,selfless dedication,bravery for good often appear in the newspapers,In the process of this nationwide anti epidemic situation,the medical and nursing staff,regardless of personal safety,went back to the epidemic area to save the lives of patients,and volunteers actively participated in the fight and contributed their strength to the fight as much as they could.These altruistic actions moved the whole country.But there are still some problems in the society,such as leaving someone in danger,the crisis of trust and so on.In the current social background,it is of great significance to understand and study altruistic behavior,protect and promote altruistic behavior with scientific methods,reduce social disharmonious factors,and achieve the goal of social governance better.From the perspective of social governance,this paper starts with the relevant concepts and theories of altruistic behavior,expounds the basic performance of altruistic behavior,excavates the internal power and value basis of altruistic behavior,analyzes the challenges faced by altruistic behavior at present,and finally puts forward measures to protect and promote altruistic behavior,with a view to providing suggestions and suggestions for social governance.This paper consists of six parts:The first chapter is the introduction.Through in-depth analysis of the current social situation,this paper expounds the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,and combs and analyzes the relevant research at home and abroad,laying the foundation for the research of altruistic behavior.The second chapter is related concepts and theories.This paper focuses on altruistic behavior,social governance,harmonious society and other related elements.Analyze and understand altruistic behavior based on social exchange,social learning,social norms,social control and other theories.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the basic performance of altruistic behavior,through the analysis of social phenomena to form a theoretical thinking,mainly analyzes the significant altruistic behavior in the current society.It covers helping others,charity donation,volunteer action,selfless dedication,bravery for good,sacrifice to save people,etc.The fourth chapter analyzes and excavates the positive factors that promote the altruistic behavior,finds out the internal motive force,the cornerstone,and the legal basis,and paves the way for the further study of altruistic behavior.The fifth chapter analyzes the challenges of altruistic behavior in the current social governance.It focuses on the deviation of values,the guidance of media public opinion,the influence of diversified social thoughts,the limited altruistic ability of citizens,and the defective laws and regulations.The sixth chapter,according to the previous discussion,puts forward targeted solution.From the perspective of social governance,we should pay attention to the cultivation and protection of altruistic behavior,improve the laws and regulations of altruistic behavior,improve the relevant compensation mechanism and responsibility norms,promote the construction of charity laws,guide citizens to establish correct values,purify the media public opinion environment,strengthen the construction of social psychological environment,and improve the altruistic ability of the public.
