Criminal suspects are the key objects of investigation and control of public security organs.Public security organs need to investigate and control their activities in time so as to maintain social stability and prosperity more effectively.At present,with the rapid development of mobile Internet era,mobile terminals have become a part of people’s life and work,which records everyone’s life and work trajectory.Based on the mobile internet,we build a mobile terminal feature acquisition and control platform,collect mobile terminal data in the public area,and through data analysis,realize visualized and dynamic detection and control of criminal Suspects’activity trajectory.Firstly,this thesis thoroughly investigates the development of criminal suspect investigation in the Internet era and the trend of strengthening police by science and technology,understands the limitations of current criminal suspect investigation control,establishes the research topic of mobile terminal feature acquisition control platform,and analyses the key technology of the system,and forms the system technical solution.Then,combined with application scenarios,the feasibility,function and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed in depth.Then,following the software system development process,the overall design of the system and the detailed design and implementation of the system are carried out.Finally,a comprehensive system test is carried out to evaluate whether the system meets the expected requirements.Mobile terminal feature acquisition and control platform is built on B/S architecture,and Hadoop+Hive+Hbase technology scheme is selected to support concurrent data processing and mass storage of the system.The platform covers many functional modules,such as collision analysis,concomitant analysis,data statistics and so on,and builds an adjoint analysis model for criminal suspect team crime,effectively realizes visual intelligent criminal suspect activity track investigation and control,and improves the efficiency of public security organs cases.
