The resettlement and education of released prisoners has always been a difficult problem in many countries,including China.The resettlement of released prisoners is an important part of the social security system.It is the proper settlement of the life,employment,study and medical treatment of released prisoners after they return to the society.At present,our country female crime,the crime rate rising again,due to the difference between physiology and psychology,the salon in the process of return to society will encounter more difficulties,so to explore the female prisoners placed after the rehabilitation of relevant problems,to maintain social stability,reduce social contradictions,maintain social psychological balance is of great significance.Article from the definition to put education work,based on the local reality,women to a person released after serving his sentence in NMG area as the research object,through the questionnaire and interview methods such as research and women rehabilitation personnel placement education status quo,summed up the women rehabilitation placement relevant work the low legislative level,the education institution accrual is not clear,management,backward education and the void content in the form of a single,lack of pertinence,social participation synergy is low.Based on the theory of human rights protection,seamless government theory,socialization of execution,and theory of social solidarity,this paper studies the advanced resettlement and education models at home and abroad,and explores the resettlement and education system with social gender characteristics in combination with practice.That is,by formulating special laws,standardizing the specific content and procedures of resettlement and education,clarifying the subject of responsibility,and establishing a special chapter for resettlement and education of female released prisoners,so as to legalize the work of resettlement and education.Through the use of modern information technology,the work of resettlement of released prisoners is seamless.Through the implementation of the "in prison+outside prison" two-way help and education model,to improve the employment rate of women released from prison;By transforming the functions of the government,fully mobilizing the strength of social organizations,creating a tolerant social atmosphere,promoting the continuous development of resettlement and education work,and helping women released from prison to successfully return to society.
