Research On The Operation Mode Of Chinese Online Mutual-aid Public Welfare Platform

Since the charity law of the People's Republic of China was enacted in 2016,the entire world has regarded Internet philanthropy as the future of philanthropy in China.Online public welfare platform is an important carrier for the development of Internet public welfare.With the development of Internet public welfare,a variety of operation modes of online public welfare platform have gradually taken shape.Xianghubao is a representative of a relatively new network mutual assistance mode in the operation mode of online public welfare platform.Based on Michael Porter's theory of shared values and the theoretical basis of the PEST model,using case analysis,text analysis,unstructured interviews and other research method,the operation mode of the public platform analysis summarizes the domestic and foreign online public welfare platforms'types,the development course,operation mode and problems of mutual benefit platform and corresponding countermeasures are studied as well.Firstly,this paper analyzes the connotation of public welfare and charity,the concept of online public welfare platform,and compares the concepts of network mutual assistance,mutual insurance and mutual insurance.Secondly,this paper summarizes the operation modes of foreign and domestic online public welfare platforms,and analyzes the factors affecting the operation of network mutual-aid public welfare platforms.Based on ten most influential abroad and domestic dozen be authorized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs public platform network for data analysis.It sorts out three operating modes of foreign Internet public welfare platforms,providing help for enterprises,public welfare projects and individuals,the domestic Internet public welfare platform has raising money,product operation and network mutual assistance these three operating modes.PEST model is used to analyze the factors affecting the operation of the online mutual-aid public welfare platform.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the case of Xianghubao,a typical online mutual-aid public welfare platform,from the perspective of its development process and operation elements.Finally,combining with the operating situation of Xianghubao,there are some problems such as irregular internal operation,unbalanced development between platforms and sustainability of network mutual-aid public welfare platforms,external regulatory bodies,supporting laws and regulations are lacked as well.This paper analyzes the countermeasures from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.The innovation of this study lies in the innovative division of three operating modes of Chinese online public welfare platforms,and the detailed analysis of Xianghubao's experience data from the interdisciplinary theoretical perspective including economics and management.
