Anti-corruption Civil Servants Thought Style Transformation Under The New Situation And Its Influence

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,as the party’s work style and clean government and the fight against corruption have continued to intensify,"flies" and"tigers" have fallen off,making people applaud.The purification of political ecology,the improvement of public satisfaction,and the renewal of the ranks of public officials can be said to be remarkable in anti-corruption,but we also clearly recognize that the situation of the anti-corruption struggle is grim and complex,and there is still a long way to go to build a "dam" that public officials do not want to corrupt.This article focuses on the ideological consciousness of public officials,and expands the discussion against the background of the 18th National Congress’s anti-corruption efforts.The first chapter mainly describes the changes in the anti-corruption struggle,starting with the practice of anti-corruption theories of leaders of all generations,introducing the changes in the anti-corruption situation in the new era.The second chapter describes the changes in the ideological style of public officials under the new situation of anti-corruption,focusing on the changes of public officials’attitudes towards learning,work and the masses,and outlines the new style of public officials.The third chapter discusses the positive impact of changes in the ideological style of public officials through some examples.The last chapter is mainly on how to continuously change the ideological style of public officials,and put forward some suggestions.We all know that "dropping stones through stones is not a day’s work".To completely change the thinking and style of public officials,we need a multi-pronged approach and comprehensive policy.The innovation of this article is that it is different from the previous profound and comprehensive theoretical research.It focuses on the public servants,strips the external aura of the civil servants’ profession,and discusses the changes in public servants ’attitudes towards work and learning from a work perspective.Changes in the level of ideology and consciousness,combined with my own career and experience,do not have a "big one" in research and discourse,but only a"grounded atmosphere."...
