A Study Of Xi Jinping’s Vision On Opening Up In The New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,facing with a series of international development issues,including the continuing downturn of the world economy and difficulties in recovery,unbalanced development,difficult governance and equitable deficit,facing with a series of domestic development problems,such as adjustment of economic growth rate,increasing pressure of transformation and upgrading,loss of labor dividend and increasing shortage of resources,Xi Jinping has measured the situation,shouldered responsibilities,and answered the question of opening up in the new era with a forward-looking attitude and an enterprising spirit,putting up a series of important judgments on the development of China’s opening up in the new era,have gradually formed Xi Jinping’s view on opening up in the new era.Xi Jinping’s vision of opening up in the new era is rich in content and broad in scope,covering economy,culture,diplomacy,global governance and other aspects.Xi Jinping insisted that China will open its door wider and wider,on the basis of improving the level of the opening economy,working hard to build a mutually beneficial,diversified,balanced,safe,efficient and open system,creating an open environment in which the land and sea are interconnected with the east and the west,adopting a series of initiatives,including the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,building a global partnership and taking an active part in global governance,have led to the building of the common destiny of mankind,injecting strong impetus into China’s opening-up in the new era.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the theoretical basis for the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening to the outside world,through the study and analysis of marxist classical writers’ views on opening to the outside world,the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and the views on opening to the outside world of leaders of the communist party of China,it explores the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening to the outside world in the new era and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.On the basis of the demonstration in the first chapter,the second chapter formally turns the research perspective into the new era,this paper analyzes the objective necessity of Xi Jinping’s outlook on opening up in the new era,and examines its international and domestic background,and draws the basic historical background for the discussion in the following chapter.The third chapter analyzes the economy,culture,diplomacy,global governance and other aspects of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening to the outside world in the new era,discusses the main contents of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening to the outside world in the new era,and realizes the multi-dimensional study of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening to the outside world in the new era.The fourth chapter discusses the philosophical implication and theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening up in the new era and grasps the spiritual essence behind the specific content of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening up in the new era.Chapter five summarizes the theoretical contributions of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening to the outside world from the perspectives of marxist theory of opening to the outside world,the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Besides,this chapter summarizes the practical significance of Xi Jinping’s concept of opening up in the new era from the perspective of the improvement of the open economy,the realization of the "Chinese dream",the opportunities for world development,the reform of the global governance system and the contribution of the "Chinese program".
