| The base industry,talent-oriented.As the first resource of China,talents promote the development of socialist modernization,which is always an important factor in determining the success or failure of the country.As the core of the second generation of the Communist Party of China and the chief architect of reform and opening up,Deng Xiaoping has always attached great importance to the work of talents in the process of promoting China’s reform,opening up,and socialist modernization,inheriting and developing the Marxist concept of talents and Mao Zedong’s talents thoughts.And the talent thinking in Chinese traditional culture,combined with the situation of China in practice,has become a talented thought with epochal significance,strategic significance and innovative significance.Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping’s talents,China has created a social atmosphere of "respecting knowledge and respecting talents",paying more attention to talent work,and providing a solid theoretical foundation for the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through reform and opening up.This thesis conducts a comprehensive and systematic study and argumentation of Deng Xiaoping’s talents from three aspects.Firstly,based on the historical background of Deng Xiaoping’s talent thinking,he analyzes the international and domestic background at that time,and then through the literature review method and historical analysis method.Summarize the theoretical origin and development process of Deng Xiaoping’s talent thinking.Secondly,it comprehensively and systematically studies and summarizes the main content of Deng Xiaoping’s talent thinking.Based on the existing research results,it draws four basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping’s talent thinking.Finally,from the theoretical contribution and the practical enlightenment,it sums up the significance of Deng Xiaoping’s talent thought to the talent work in the new era. |
