Research On The Operation Mechanism Innovation Of Law Enforcement And Case Handling Management Center

The main duty of the public security organ is to prevent,stop and investigate illegal and criminal activities;Preventing and combating terrorist activities;To maintain public security and order and stop acts that endanger public security and order.The law enforcement case management center is the basic guarantee and support for the public security organs to carry out law enforcement activities,and is an important part of the realization of the legal public security construction.In order to comprehensively deepen the reform of public security system and promote the standardization of law enforcement,the construction of law enforcement case handling management center is regarded as an effective carrier to deepen the standardization of law enforcement.The research on the innovation of the operation mechanism of the law enforcement case management center is,in essence,a major reform measure to strengthen the law enforcement management,an innovative measure to deepen the reform of the police system and mechanism and improve the ability to perform duties according to law,and the only way for the reform and development of the current public security work.Based on the theory of innovation in public administration and the theory of Deming circle,this paper starts from the background and significance of the research on the innovation of the operation mechanism of the law enforcement case management center,and determines the research methods and ideas by sorting out the relevant researches at home and abroad.On this basis,taking G sub-bureau of Z municipal public security bureau as an example,this paper discusses the innovation research on the operation mechanism of law enforcement case management center.Firstly,the disadvantages of the traditional law enforcement case management center in Z city G sub-bureau are analyzed,and the necessity of building a new law enforcement case management center is put forward.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the operation status of law enforcement and case handling management center of Z city G sub-bureau,and analyzes the problems and causes in the operation process of law enforcement and case handling management center.Finally,combined with the analysis of problems and causes,an effective mechanism is established to ensure the operation of the law enforcement and case handling management center of Z city G sub-bureau,establish rules and regulations to standardize the case handling process and law enforcement behavior,improve the training system for handling casesin accordance with the law,pay attention to models,and strengthen publicity.Public security law enforcement and case management center operation mechanism innovation research,not only can realize the policemen in the center of the law enforcement and case management standardization law enforcement behavior,and can realize to the policemen at the grass-roots level during the target,in order to solve the public security industry increasingly complicated and provides the beneficial reference for individuation,in the application of informationization,intellectualization,and optimal management of cost and efficiency of management and law enforcement and case handling process play a huge benefit.
