Relationship Between Psychological Empowerment And Mental Health Of Poverty Alleviation Cadres

In the process of striving to win the battle against poverty by 2020 and to advance into a well-off society in an all-round way,with the promotion of precision poverty alleviation policy,grassroots poverty alleviation cadres have played an important role.However,the task of poverty alleviation is heavy and the working relationship is more complex,and the cadres of poverty alleviation bear great work pressure,and constantly appear psychological problems such as anxiety and irritability,strong sense of frustration and strong psychological depression and strong conflict.Therefore,the study of the psychological situation of the group and the corresponding improvement measures are not only beneficial to the health of the group itself,but also of great significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way.According to the theory of resource conservation,energy resources can help individuals to obtain other resources effectively,while energy resources mainly include resources such as social relations,autonomy and personal characteristics.Therefore,this study selected three energy resources,psychological empowerment,relationship conflict and responsibility,to explore their impact on mental health and its mechanism.To sum up,this study discusses the relationship between the psychological authorization of poverty alleviation cadres and their mental health from the theory of resource preservation,and further explores the mediating role of relationship conflict and the regulating role of responsibility.This study selected 320 poverty alleviation cadres in Zaozhuang City as subjects,using psychological authorization scale,general mental health questionnaire,relationship conflict scale and responsibility sense scaleas measuring tools,using random sampling method for data collection,using software such as SPSS 23.0 and its macro program Process 3.2 and Mplus 7.0,and using correlation analysis,regression analysis,path analysis,factor analysis to verify the relationship between psychological authorization and mental health of poverty alleviation cadres and their intermediary mechanism and boundary conditions.The results show that:(1)The psychological empowerment of poverty alleviation cadres is positively related to mental health.(2)The psychological authorization of poverty alleviation cadres is negatively related to the conflict of relations.(3)There is a negative correlation between poverty alleviation cadres and mental health.(4)Relationship conflicts among pro-poor cadres play a part intermediary role in psychological empowerment and mental health.(5)The sense of responsibility of pro-poor cadres regulates the mediating role of relationship conflicts in psychological empowerment and mental health.
