Research And Application Of Personal Relations Based On Voice List Analysis Technology

In the daily management of public order,all kinds of crimes are becoming more and more complicated,intelligent,covert and scientific.How to change the traditional manpower-intensive investigation mode with the core of obtaining verbal evidence to the modern one with information-intensive and technology-intensive is the key to the transformation and development of criminal investigation.In recent years,with the advancement of the information technology and equipment of the Supreme People’s Public Security Investigation,more and more successful cases of using technical equipment and tools to effectively break through cases have been achieved in the practice of handling cases.Especially with the increasing popularity of mobile phones year by year,telephone list analysis technology has become one of the most widely used technical means in criminal investigation.It is particularly important to study a functional,efficient,easy-to-use and stable voice list analysis system,which can help the police save working time,improve working efficiency,and strengthen the transformation of achievements.This also meets the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security recently put forward,such as "to demand police force from science and technology,to strengthen police force from science and technology,and to informatization of grass-roots police affairs".Now,the voice list analysis technology has some shortcomings in algorithm structure,running speed and visual operation.Usually,it only carries out simple analysis of the voice list,does not have deep mining,or only focuses on the screening of voice list data,does not have visual expression.There are some problems in the daily use of public security organs,such as inefficiency,incomplete function,weak service,and so on.It can not meet the requirements of mass data analysis,intelligent processing and visualization.Combining with the reality of public security work,this thesis focuses on the research and implementation of a personality relationship mining and analysis system.This thesis puts forward the model of Person Relations Analysis System,and designs the system framework and data storage model;uses data mining methods such as call trajectory analysis and relationship person analysis to mine and analyze illegal information effectively.The analysis results are visualized to help the police understand the mobile phone users’ range of activities,the relationship network between mobile phone users and so on.It provides quick and convenient information guidance for all aspects of the investigation work and improves the efficiency of handling cases.The prototype system is implemented and its security and functionality are tested.The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective for the analysis of human relations.
