Study On The Problem Of Tax-related Professional Prosecution In Jiangxi Province

At present,the number of tax-related professional prosecution cases is increasing,and the number of industries involved is increasing.Objectively,it promotes the tax authorities to crack down on illegal crimes,and promotes the enterprises to improve their tax consciousness.At the same time,it also brings a lot of conflicts.Some practices not only make the enterprises unbearable,but also damage the credibility and authority of the tax authorities to a certain extent.It has become an urgent problem to standardize the tax-related professional prosecutor behavior and guide and manage the tax-related professional prosecution.This paper analyzes the current situation and the situation of tax-related professional prosecution cases in Jiangxi Province in recent years by means of statistical analysis and case analysis.It is found that the tax-related professional prosecution of Taxation has the characteristics of profit-making,specialization,procedure and industrialization.At present,the tax department has some difficulties in dealing with tax-related professional prosecution,such as inadequate policies,mentality and ability.In order to promote civilized tax-related professional prosecution and reduce irrational tax-related professional prosecution,we should perfect policy,correct mentality and improve ability.
