Research On Rural Infrastructure Satisfaction And Improvement Path Based On Grounded Theory

Rural revitalization is a basic strategy put forward by China in December 2017 to accelerate overall economic development.The strategic layout links urban and rural areas to promote development.The configuration of public facilities to achieve a balance above,improve the overall standard of living.Rural infrastructure is one of the most important public supporting resources for the modern development of rural society.It is also a key factor restricting farmers' happiness index and rural modernization development.At present,China's rural infrastructure construction is relatively backward,and it is difficult to meet the increasingly rich material and spiritual and cultural needs of the people.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to meet the actual needs and improve the construction of rural infrastructure.This paper systematically analyzes the current status of research on rural infrastructure and satisfaction at home and abroad,discusses in depth the factors that affect rural infrastructure satisfaction,and builds an integrated model of satisfaction improvement path from the perspective of policy intervention.The research process applied classic rooted theories,conducted in-depth interviews and surveys on rural areas in Luoyang City,Henan Province,collected and collated data,conceptualized and categorized,and found six main categories that affect the satisfaction of rural infrastructure through gradual coding,namely institutional technology factors,development characteristic factors,cognitive factors,economic factors,social environmental factors,expectations and motivations have determined a core category "influencing factors of rural infrastructure satisfaction".According to the action mechanism and logical relationship between the main categories and the core categories,a "theoretical model of influencing factors of rural infrastructure satisfaction" constructed by the facility layer and the user layer is constructed and developed.Based on the "expectation-difference research paradigm" research path of satisfaction,based on the perspective of government policy intervention,the facility level(supply side)and the user level(demand side)interact to gradually improve the gap between "expectation-difference",Improve the satisfaction path and build an integrated model for the satisfaction improvement path of rural infrastructure.Combining the main existing problems of five types of infrastructure.Such as energy and power,water conservancy facilities,transportation,information and communication,cultural and entertainment etc,analyze the influencing factors of various types of infrastructure satisfaction,and propose targeted improvement measures,At the macro level,it puts forward suggestions on scientifically formulating rural infrastructure construction plans,securing rural infrastructure construction funding sources,improving rural infrastructure management and protection mechanisms,improving rural infrastructure support systems,and building rural infrastructure talent echelons.
