For a long time,China's institutional pension market has been suffering from such problems as uneven service quality,fragmented and incomplete service content,heavy hardware and light software,and unsustainability,resulting in mismatch between supply and demand,and high vacancy rate of some existing pension institutions.Therefore,in order to guide the institutional pension service market to improve service quality and increase effective supply,the government has introduced a series of policies and measures to activate the purchase of services.In recent years,government purchase of services has been practiced in depth,but there is still a lack of relatively perfect performance evaluation system for government purchase of institutional pension services,which makes performance evaluation difficult to carry out.The establishment of an evaluation mechanism with the assessment of the administrative performance of the purchasers and the completion performance of service projects as the core content,and the scientific inspection and standard guidance of the behaviors of the purchasers and recipients is crucial to ensure the proper use of government funds,which can promote the normative and sustainable development of the pension service market.This article selects the government purchase institution endowment service performance evaluation of the visual Angle,using the method of literature study,interview,questionnaire investigation and case study method,in combination with the practical research of government departments and public information,points out that the current X city government purchase management needs to transform,the loopholes in management pattern,the lack of scientific evaluation system,and analyzes the lack of government planning to prepare less consciousness weak,evaluation,and performance experience,is difficult to determine standardized index,and build a relatively practical,relatively perfect evaluation index system,through the empirical analysis,to practical test of performance evaluation index system,Suggestions are put forward to build a multi-participation performance evaluation mechanism,multi-dimensional social support for performance evaluation,and enhance the awareness of performance and improve the level of performance evaluation,so as to provide references for future government performance management work.
