Study On The Coordination Between Supervision Law And Criminal Procedural Law

With the completion of the pilot reform of the supervision system,and the promulgation of “Supervision Law” and the amendment of “Criminal Procedure Law”,the reform of the supervision system has entered into a new stage of deepening development.At this stage,the supervision system reform and related coordinating work put forward a higher degree of goals and requirements.With the amendment of“Criminal Procedure Law”,which is in line with the reform of the supervision system to achieve the goal of a centralized,efficient,authoritative,and unified supervisory system,we have basically completed the transfer from “investigation” to “inquiry” of duty-related crimes,making a big step forward in coordinating work.However,there are still some unsolved problems in coordinating work after the revision.These problems mainly include the coordination between supervisory system and criminal procedure system,especially the cooperation and restriction between supervisory organ and other state institutions.Based on the new tasks and new understanding of the reform of supervision system,starting from the problems still unsolved in the early stage,centering on the cooperation and restriction between supervisory and procuratorial organs,this paper tries to point out the solutions to these problems and the ways to improve the cooperation and restriction work.
