Research On The Relationship Between Party And Government In Foreign Countries From The Perspective Of The Functions Of Political Parties

In the modern political system,the healthy interaction between political parties and governments directly affects the legitimacy and performance of the political system.Therefore,it is necessary to put aside the colored spectacles of "Westernism",correctly understand the new situation in the field of party-government relations,reflect on the traditional theories of party-government relations,and explore what constitutes "good" party-government relations.This paper through the ideal classification and combined with the inspection of the party and government relations in major foreign countries found that there are two types of party and government relations in the world today,namely "mechanical interaction" party and government relations and "organic interaction" party and government relations.The two types of party-government relations have their own characteristics,so why judge the superiority of these two categories?In order to answer this question,this article starts from looking back at the historical logic of the development of party-government relations.Through the investigation of the political situation during the emergence of political parties,we find that the origins of the two types of party-government relations have their historical backgrounds,but both have historical backgrounds.In order to solve the political and social crisis of the time,the political system was reshaped,society was reintegrated,and national stability was brought.From this point of view,this article further analyzes the function of the relationship between the party and the government,and finds that the basic goal of the party and government system is to achieve the stability of the political and social system.In order to accomplish this goal,the effective realization of the social integration function is related to the stability of the entire political system.This is an important starting point for us to explore "good" party-government relations.
