Conflict And Solution Of Professional Ethics Of Lawyers In China

Legal professional ethics is the sum of ethical norms that lawyers,judges,prosecutors and other people engaged in legal profession should follow.The purpose of discussing the conflicts and solutions of lawyers' professional ethics in our country is to pay attention to and think correctly,instead of blindly angry and following the trend,and to put forward feasible suggestions by using legal expertise.The main research methods are literature analysis method,and quantitative analysis method and value analysis method are also used.The result is mainly the content of Chapter IV,which involves the solution of the ethical conflicts of lawyers' profession in China,including learning advanced experience,realizing the basic standards of procedural justice,balancing the interests of the parties and the public welfare,and correctly recognizing the roles and responsibilities of lawyers.The conclusion is that the lawyer industry in our country has become an indispensable part of social life after decades of development.Although the lawyer practice environment in our country is still facing many difficulties at this stage,with the continuous improvement of our socialist market economy system,it will provide strong safeguards for all aspects of lawyer practice and promote the formation of a virtuous circle in the lawyer industry.The country ruled by law has made its due contribution.
