| With the public management policy of “Quality Power” step into practices,quality management has already attracted more and more attention from governments at all levels.Governments in different area had made a lot of quality management public policies,and aim to upgrade the economic quality and economic transition.Under the framework of quality management in macro perspective,product quality management is important link between economic development and Upgrade Industries,gets more and more importance and become an important indictor of overall level of economic development.Under these circumstances,the construction of public service system in quality management become the solution to settle down the conflict between product quality enhancement and appeal from public of high quality requirement.Under this macro background,this study selected E Zhou diamond related product industry cluster as our research sample,basing on National Diamond Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,explore the evaluate the over all development level of E Zhou diamond related product industry cluster,especially in medium-sized and small enterprises.After finding problems,researcher gives some suggestion and advice to improvement in quality management in medium-sized and small enterprises,due to product quality public management policy of Hubei.Our research find that there are lot of space to improve in product quality management for medium-sized and small enterprises in Hubei Province,especially in product quality skill,quality award and standardization certificate.According to our findings,researcher give suggestion that product quality management is supposed to catch the head company in cluster,control the product quality in separate sections,focus on public quality management service and advance the reform of supply front in product quality management.Finally,researcher give some advice to built up public quality supervision and inspection center. |
