The Study Of Government's Role In Development Of The Port Logistics Industry In Qinhuangdao

Internationally,logistics industry is regarded as the artery and basic industry of national economic development,and is called "accelerator" to promote economic development.As a service industry which is closely related to logistics industry,the importance of port logistics industry is increasingly recognized by port cities.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the role of the government in the development of port logistics industry to promote the development of Qinhuangdao and even China's port logistics industry.The author used three kinds of research methods to write the paper.They are literature research,case analysis and field survey.Combining with the relevant theoretical basis of government function,the paper started from the connotation and composition of port logistics industry.By analyzing the current situation and problems of government's function,the author points out the existing problems in the specific reason,namely the attention government pay to the industry is not enough,lack of the related policy and planning,and the functions of government have not been completely transformed.Drawing on the experience of government in the development of port logistics industry at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Qinhuangdao government to promote the development of port logistics industry.
