Study Of Case Social Work Intervention In The Re-employment To The Rural Released Prisoners

When returning to the society,the released prisoners have the double disadvantages of material and spiritual.On the one hand,they lack of material and their economic is in the trouble.On the other hand,they suffer from social discrimination,they are excluded and hurt physically and morally,in the end,unable to reintegrate into society.The released prisoners often have self doubt even have strong negative feelings due to the double rejection of society and family.Therefore,whether we can help them return to the society smoothly and the solution degree of their psychological problems,rights protection,social security and re-employment after returning to society decide directly whether they can really take the new road.The most important of these is the re-employment.Some prisoners are sincere contrite after they are released from prison.,They are eager to integrate into society and accepted by the society.However,when they are unable to obtain employment opportunities or the work conditions cannot meet their own needs and guarantee the economy,they tend to take risks and go wrong again.The re-employment to the rural released prisoners is a category of judicial social work.Social work that of helping people to help themselves has special professional theories and working methods is very suitable for solving the re-employment problems of rural released prisoners.Every prisoner has their own problems in the process of returning to the society,as one of the three major methods of social work,case work that provide one to one services for people who get defective service by group work or community work as a supplement is a important way to provide services for the released prisoners of social work.On the basis of summarizing literature of the government work of the re-employment to the rural released prisoners at home and aboard,a summary of rural released prisoners’ plight is given with field research data.Then this paper explores the possibility of case social work intervention in the re-employment to the rural released prisoners.This paper take the released prisoner H of Fengcheng Justice Institute as the client.on the base of diagnose the problems of H,the case social work method is used to provide professional services with combining knowledge of law,sociology,psychology,social work and other disciplines.to understand the client’s specific problems and needs of employment,the author communicate with the client and his family members,friends,and community workers by face to face.Then the author help the client stabilize and establish confidence in re-planning life and rational cognition of themselves and members of society,and help them integrate social resources around the client,build a social support network,seek support from various resources,and resolve exclusions from re-employment.In the end the goal that of helping people to help themselves and the client return to the state of mainstream society is realized.Finally,the author provide reliable experience for the case work intervention in the re-employment and returning to the society to the rural released prisoners by summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the case work intervention.
