| Deng Xiaoping himself acts several roles such as a great Marxist,a great proletarian revolutionist,politician,strategist,diplomat,the chief architect of socialist reform and opening up and modernization with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,he is also the pioneer of the socialist path with Chinese characteristics and the main founder of Deng Xiaoping Theory.In the long-term practice of revolution,construction and reform,Deng Xiaoping has a firm belief in Marxism and fruitful inheritance and development.He keeps up with the trend of the times,combines the Marxism with the development path of the world and the objective situation of Chinese society,and constantly promotes the era of Marxism.It proves that Deng Xiaoping adhered to the feature of Marxism advancing with the times,by which Marxism develops and new theories are applied to guide the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,a comprehensive examination of Deng Xiaoping’s promotion of the era of Marxism is instructive for us to stick to and boost socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and to carry out theoretically innovate and develop that Marxism with characteristics of the new era.This thesis uses literature research method,comparative analysis method and historical research method to mainly discuss Deng Xiaoping’s subjective and objective conditions,historical process,historical characteristics and historical experience of advancing the Marxist era.The first chapter is Deng Xiaoping’s subjective and objective conditions for advancing the Marxist era.First of all,from the current global situation and the reality of China’s development and the correctness and scientificity of Marxist theory,this paper deeply analyzes Deng Xiaoping’s objective conditions for advancing the Marxist era.They mainly manifest in the following three aspects: Solving the world problems of peace and development requires the era;the profound changes in the domestic economy and society require the era of theory;the theoretical quality of Marxism itself that keeps pace with the times.Secondly,it analyzes the subjective conditions that Deng Xiaopinghas been able to advance the Marxist era.These subjective conditions are mainly the great spirit and personality formed by Deng Xiaoping in his own experience and the test of life.They are mainly embodied as: Long-term Marxist study that has created the ideal and strong character of the times;as the first generation of the central leadership collective members,he honed the practical thinking and optimism of the times;as the core of the second generation of the central leadership collective,he demonstrated the visionary and extraordinary courage of the times.The second chapter is Deng Xiaoping’s historical process of advancing the Marxist era.This part mainly organizes,summarizes and analyzes Deng Xiaoping’s relevant historical facts about the promotion of Marxist times and a large amount of literature in the order of historical events.Based on the landmark historical events or the achievement of exploration,this historical process is divided into the initial phase(1975-1978),development phase(1978-1987)and deepening phase(1987-1992).The key point is that in each of these stages,detailed analysis is carried out from three aspects: the specific domestic and international historical background,the fundamental historical facts of the improvement,and the important achievements.The third chapter,Deng Xiaoping boosts the historical characteristics of the Marxist era.Based on the above-mentioned overall grasp and analysis of Deng Xiaoping’s promotion of the historical process of Marxism,this part summarizes the remarkable basic features of Deng Xiaoping’s promotion of the Marxist era,which is clearly reflected in the following aspects: Focus on the unity of theoretical inheritance and practical innovation;Focus on the principle of doing things and the flexibility of seeking things;Focus on the orientation of people and the openness of the horizon.Mastering these basic characteristics is also the key to understanding and correctly grasping Deng Xiaoping’s progress in advancing the historical process of Marxism.The fourth chapter is Deng Xiaoping’s historical experience of advancing the Marxist era.In the historical process of advancing the era of Marxism,Deng Xiaoping not only realized the innovation of Marxist theory in his time and the development of Chinese social practice,but also provided an important historical experience for us to continue to advance the Marxist era in the new era.The experience is mainly summarized as follows: persisting in emancipating the mind,boldly carrying out theoretical innovation and practical reform;sticking to seeking truth from facts,following the basic principles and objective laws of Marxism;adhere to keeping up with the times and building a Marxist political party with the spirit of times. |
