Civil execution will become an important channel for realizing the contents of the adjudication documents and maintaining the rights and interests of the party as soon as the people’s court completes the service of civil adjudication documents.For a long time,civil execution is very hard and has been faced with complicated problems in China.Damages to the rights and interests of the party are frequent in execution,which seriously affects the quality and efficiency of solving civil disputes.Thus,the hearing system of civil execution emerges as the times require.In more than ten years,the trial implementation of the hearing system of civil litigation has achieved positive effects,which vigorously promotes the implementation of the civil execution.However,the system is still faced with a lot of problems and challenges.Based on the existing laws and regulations and guiding opinions concerning the hearing system of civil litigation,this thesis utilizes the specific cases of the hearing of civil execution in practice,targets to makes suggestions on the legislation of the hearing system of civil execution,operation procedures,innovations and opportunities,etc.It aims to comply with the trends of judicial reform,expands the new merging of Internet and the hearing system of civil execution,pursue the new form of the hearing of civil execution similar to “Internet trial” in the “new revolution of Internet.”...
