The Constituent Research On Enterprise Green Development Policy In Liaoning Province

Under the influence of the Green Development Idea of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,domestic research on Green Development Policy has made rapid progress.However,research on the composition of Green Development Policy in Liaoning Province is still blank.This thesis tries to study the composition of Green Growth Policy from the perspective of enterprises in Liaoning Province.Based on the method of co-word analysis,the composition of Green Growth Policy in Liaoning is highly visual through the scientific processing out of large and complex data.This thesis conducts an overall reviewing of a huge number of studies on Green Development Policy and focuses on the theoretical structure of Green Growth,text research on policy and co-word analysis.By means of text mining and co-word analysis,this thesis studies the composition of Green Development Policy of enterprises in Liaoning Province.Firstly,this thesis collects 6718 related studies on Green Development in China on www.cnki.net to obtain 34 pieces of keyword concerned with Green Development Policy in China as retrieval terms.Secondly,this thesis retrieves the 34 keywords on www.pkulaw.cn,www.lawxp.com and www.ln.gov.cn and receives totally 12,602 articles.Then this thesis screens out 553 articles related to the Green Development of enterprises issued by Liaoning Provincial Government.Thus,the initial database of research on Green Development Policy of enterprises in Liaoning Province is constructed.Thirdly,the keywords of the Green Development Policy of enterprises in Liaoning Province are obtained through text mining.Using the method of co-word analysis combined with Bibexcel,UCIENT and KHcoder,a co-word matrix is established and the cluster analysis of a smaller group is carried out to identify the Green Development Policy of enterprises in Liaoning Province.It consists of six main composition groups: Ecology and Environmental Protection,Energy Conservation,New Capacity,Green Economy,Pollution Control and Taxation.Combined with the development status of Liaoning Province,it is found that the composition of the policy is in line with the current development and needs of Liaoning Province,but the groups of Green Consumption,Green-jobs and Green Investment are relatively lacking.It is necessary to strengthen the completeness of the content and the soundness of the system of Green Development.
