A Study On The Spiritual Pursuit Of The Chinese Communists In The New Era

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in the face of "people’s expectations for a better life" and "many problems to be solved urgently in the Party",General Secretary Xi Jinping further strengthened ideological Party building with the political logic of "striking iron still needs to be hard on his own",and regarded "firm ideals and beliefs,adhere to the spiritual pursuit of the Communists" as "the fundamental basis for the Communists to settle down in their lives".The spiritual pursuit of the Chinese Communists was further sublimated by the call of "self-revolution to promote the great social revolution".Spiritual pursuit is the symbol of the meaning of life and the most intuitive manifestation of human survival and development.In a sense,the original intention and mission of the Communist Party of China to "seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation" is the concretization of the spiritual pursuit of the Communist Party of China.In the new era,it is still an indispensable cultural magic weapon for the Chinese nation to truly become "strong" and adhere to the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese Communists.Faced with the current situation of material benefits and virtual network life,as well as the problems of cultural values pluralism,lack of ideals and beliefs,and spiritual pursuit of mediocrity caused by the disturbance of various social trends of thought,it is an urgent academic mission to study the spiritual pursuit of the Communists of China comprehensively and systematically from the perspective of Marxist philosophy.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly explains the connotation,characteristics and significance of spiritual pursuit.It holds that spirit belongs to the category of consciousness and has the characteristics of subjective initiative,intrinsic dominance,value guidance and logical thinking;spiritual pursuit is the process of spiritual internalization or acceptance,which is closely related to the high-level needs of human beings;spiritual pursuit in philosophical category is the process of continuous pursuit of rational value by the subject,which is related to human self-realization and overall development,and is rich and indirect.The characteristics of sex,unrestrictness,sociality and development are of great significance in promoting social progress and civilization development.The second part focuses on the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese Communists in the new era.It is pointed out that in the new era,in addition to resolutely fighting corruption with the courage of broken wrists of heroes to promote the construction of a clean and Honest Party style,the more important thing is to adhere to the spiritual pursuit of the Communist Party of China so as to preserve the Party’s advancement and purity forever.The essence of the spiritual pursuit of the Communist Party of China in the new era is to practice the historical mission of "seeking happiness for the Chinese people and revitalizing the Chinese nation".The process of understanding,recognizing and practicing communist ideals and beliefs is a process of persisting in seeking truth from facts,constantly emancipating the mind,and promoting the Sinicization of Marxism.This spiritual pursuit has the characteristics of nationality,popularity,science,sublime,practicality and epoch,and its significance lies in promoting practical and theoretical innovation,enhancing the Party’s ruling ability and better serving the society with Chinese characteristics.Socialist cause provides spiritual impetus.The third part analyses the main problems faced by the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese Communists in the new era.It is pointed out that the problems in ideals and beliefs of socialism and communism are wavering ideals and beliefs,manifested in inadequate understanding of Marxist theory,loss of scientific beliefs and cultural self-confidence;the problems in party spirit cultivation are that some Party members’ materialized lifestyle has deepened,their spirit is slack,their sense of serving the people has been lost,and they indulge in hedonism.The problem is that democracy and the legal system are not sound enough.The management appraisal mechanism is not perfect and the propaganda and education are not in place.The fourth part focuses on the adherence and promotion of the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese Communists in the new era.It points out that it is an important way to uphold and promote the construction of material civilization,spiritual civilization,Party spirit of the Communists and the motive force of spiritual pursuit.Specifically,we should do the following: grasp the two civilizations together,insist on earnest study and accurate grasp of Marxist scientific theory;strengthen cultural self-confidence and constantly draw nutrition from the excellent traditional culture of China and the revolutionary culture of modern China;arm our minds with the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,enter into mass life,deepen social practice,and spread exploitation and oppression.The concept of monopoly and private ownership is the most thorough break.
