Research On The Legal Protection Of Citizens' Personal Information In The Context Of Big Data

The wide application of big data technology poses new challenges to the legal protection of personal information.In the era of big data,the limitations of traditional theories and relevant systems of personal information protection are increasingly prominent.Although there have been many studies on the legal protection of personal information in the era of big data in the academic circle,relevant theoretical issues have not been completely clarified,and the system construction needs to be innovated and promoted.In order to cope with the challenges of personal information protection in the era of big data,it is necessary to further strengthen and deepen the research on relevant legal issues.By sorting out the new problems raised by the wide application of big data technology in the legal protection of personal information,this paper investigates the status quo of the legal protection of personal information in the context of big data in China,finds out the existing deficiencies in the legal protection of personal information in China and analyzes the reasons.On the basis of using the experience of the European Union,the United States,is put forward by strengthening legal protection theory innovation under the background of big data personal information,the personal information protection act,perfect information and information control system of main body of the rights of obligation and responsibility system,the innovation to strengthen self-discipline and internal governance mechanism,improve the law enforcement supervision system,strengthen the judicial relief,building external supervision mechanism to improve the level of our country legal protection of personal information.
