| From the 1950 s to the development of the western region, and then to 2010,a new round of “one-on-one” “precision” assistance from 19 provinces and cities nationwide has gone through a long time.During this period, both the aid and the previous aid in 2010 have undergone tremendous changes in both background and connotation. At present,it has been seven years since the new round of counterpart aid work in Xinjiang, how is the initial goal achieved? What is the satisfaction of residents? All need to be studied. This paper uses the Likert scale to measure the satisfaction level of counterparts in Xinjiang by means of online voluntary samples and offline paper questionnaire data using descriptive statistics,cross-analysis,hypothesis testing and structural equation model analysis. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the background and significance of the research, the literature review at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and research methods,in order to pave the way for the subsequent chapters. The design and implementation of the survey plan in Chapter 2 mainly includes the organization and implementation of the survey, the design of the survey content and the test of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.According to the existing literature, this paper intends to implement the policy, financial aid,Education aids Xinjiang, industry aids Xinjiang, and residents’ satisfaction to obtain data in five dimensions, which lays a quantitative foundation for measuring the satisfaction level of counterparts in Xinjiang. The third chapter measures the satisfaction of counterparts in Xinjiang, including descriptive analysis,cross-analysis and hypothesis testing of the first-hand scale data obtained to measure the level of satisfaction of counterparts in Xinjiang. The fourth chapter affects the measurement of the satisfaction factors of the counterparts in Xinjiang. This chapter mainly uses the structural equation model to reveal the influence of policy implementation, financial aid, education, aid and Xinjiang on the satisfaction level of counterparts in Xinjiang..The fifth chapter is the conclusion and revelation. It is mainly based on the research results and has relevant enlightenment. The analysis of the status quo of residents’ satisfaction with counterparts shows that the satisfaction level of counterparts is composed of the four dimensions of policy implementation, financial aid, education aid and industry aid;in general, the respondents’ counterparts The proportion of “high” satisfaction in Xinjiang reached 80%.From the four dimensions, the proportion of satisfaction levels in all dimensions has reached more than 70%,of which the level of satisfaction in education aid is the highest;further research shows that the level of satisfaction of counterparts in Xinjiang and its four measures The dimensions are influenced by the natural and social characteristics of the residents, that is,gender, age, education, and occupation all have an impact on the satisfaction level and four dimensions of the counterparts in Xinjiang. It is worth noting that the satisfaction of the 40-49 age group The survey level with the highest level of education and low academic qualifications is higher. The empirical analysis of structural equations shows that the four implementations of policy implementation, financial aid, education and aid,and industrial aid have direct and indirect impact on the satisfaction of counterparts in Xinjiang.Among them, the satisfaction of financial aid to counterparts is correct. The direct effect of the satisfaction level of the residents in Xinjiang is the largest,at 0.36.The satisfaction effect of education aid satisfaction and policy implementation satisfaction on the satisfaction of counterparts in Xinjiang is the largest, both of which are 0.24.The indirect effect of policy implementation satisfaction and education aid satisfaction on residents’ satisfaction is greater than the direct effect, indicating that policy implementation satisfaction and education aid satisfaction are the level of influencing residents’ satisfaction through indirect influence, financial aid satisfaction and The direct effect of industrial aid satisfaction on residents’ satisfaction is greater than the indirect effect. |
