Comparative Study On Death Fear Of People Sentenced To Death In Different Stages Of Litigation

Fear of death is a negative emotion in the attitude of death,which can cause an evasive behavioral effect.After receiving the death penalty and immediately executing the judgment,the death penalty is very likely to cause dangerous behaviors such as harming others and escaping due to fear of death.This brings great security risks to the supervision work.At present,the scholars’ research on the fear of death mainly focuses on the causes and manifestations of death fear,the influencing factors of death fear,the method of reducing fear of death and the preparation of death fear measurement scale.For the first time,this study introduces the concept of death fear into the management of those sentenced to death.Based on the study of death fears by domestic scholars,the researchers absorb some of the measurement dimensions of the fear of death in the elderly,combined with the particularity of the sentenced death penalty,under the guidance of civilian police and psychologists with many years of management experience,according to the virtual The four dimensions of the unknown fear,the fear of others,the attitude of crime and the attitude of death penalty were used to develop a questionnaire for the death dimension of the death penalty.By conducting one-on-one interviews and daily observations on the death penalty,the researchers measured the fear of death of the death penalty and concluded that: 1.Different people have different fears of death in the same stage of the law;2.Death fear can be transferred to death acceptance.3.The fear of death of a person sentenced to death is dialectical.4.Death fear is related to psychological expectations,self-esteem,and sense of life.5.Discuss that death plays a positive role in the attitude of death.After analyzing the composition of the death fear of the death penalty,the researchers explored that development death education,use of affectiveness and positive influence on others can alleviate the death fear of those sentenced to death,and summarized the specific countermeasures for managing the death penalty,that is,under the framework of standardized law enforcement,We will safeguard the self-esteem of those sentenced to death,establish a trust between the police and the death penalty,and eliminate the mentality of the death penalty by continuing meticulous and patient management,alleviate the death fear of those sentenced to death and effectively sentence the death penalty according to law,civilized and scientific management to ensure the safety of the prison.
