Research On The Advance Disposal Of Violence-related Police

With the continuous development of society,people are facing various threats while their living standards are improving,and the social security situation is increasingly severe.In recent years,the police intelligence of violence that caused by various reasons has become frequent,which poses a serious threat to the social stability of our country and the safety of the people.In receiving the instructions,the police,as the subject of the disposal activities,will arrive at the scene the first time.Early disposal is the necessary stage of each disposal activity.Therefore,the study on the early disposal of police intelligence of violence is of great significance to improve the ability of the police in dealing with the riot in advance and ensure an efficient and orderly operation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is about the research background and significance,research scope,research situation at home and abroad,and the research methods.It is well-known that most of the research on the early disposal of the police intelligence of violence in China is focused on the force disposal.While the research on other reasons that affecting the effectiveness of the early disposal seems fragmentary and be lack of systematic research.In the second part,on the basis of the existing theoretical research,the paper makes a brief description of the early disposal of the police situation related to violence,clarifies the concept and classification of the police intelligence of violence,expounds the concept of the early disposal,and analyzes the characteristics of the early disposal.The third part is to summarize the data of the questionnaire survey,summarize and analyze the problems existing in the early disposal of the police intelligence of violence,which mainly from the five aspects of early disposal plan,legal support,police equipment support,early disposal of police transfer,and the early disposal ability of the police.The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the effectiveness of early disposal of the police intelligence of violence,and raises some specific and feasible suggestions from the following five aspects: early disposal plan,legal support,police equipment support,early disposal of police transfer,and the early disposal ability of the police.In order to improve the effectiveness of early disposal of the police intelligence of violence.
