Research On The Influence Of Leadership On Error Management Atmosphere And Work Performance Of Civil Servants

China has entered a new period of development,and the need for talents is more urgent than ever before.In order to solve the problem,the central government proposed to establish a fault-correcting and fault-tolerant mechanism in 2018 to encourage civil servants to play their part.Based on social exchange theory and social cognition theory,the study constructed a mechanism model of the influence of leadership style on work performance of grassroots civil servants,and explored the influence between leadership style and work performance under the intermediary influence of error management atmosphere and psychological authorization,as well as the moderating effect of organizational supportThe first chapter of the study elaborates on the research background and significance,and sorts out the domestic and foreign literature research.Chapter two defines the core concepts and basic theories of the study.The third chapter constructs the theoretical model of leadership style to work performance on the theoretical basis and carries on the concrete research design;In the fourth chapters,questionnaires were sent to over 500 samples to collect data.What's more,Amos,SPSS and PROCESS were used for data analysis to explore the effects between variables.In chapter 5,the study interviewed with 1 civil servant leader and 14 civil servants in order to further analyzed the effects.In chapter 6,the author summarizes and discusses the above research results and seeks for countermeasures and suggestions on the leadership style of junior civil servants and the improvement of work performance.
