Theoretical Research On Institutional Governance Of New Institutionalism

At present,our country is in the period of dramatic social transformation.The social backgrounds of the comprehensively deepen reform and the increasing complicate social contradiction are strongly calling the transformation of the state and the social governance modes.To adapt to the trends of the development of the modern democratic country governance,and to solve the problems existing in the practices of the management process,we need to improve and perfect the existing way of governance,to pay more attention to the key role of systems in the country and the society,and to strengthen the institutional governance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic concepts and theories of the new institutionalism,institution,management and system management.Secondly,it moves to analyze the relevant explanations about the institutional governance of the three stoics:rational choice institutionalism,the historical institutionalism and the sociological institutionalism.Then it explores the theoretical logic and the path analysis of the content of institutional governance under the new institutional perspective.Finally,this article comments on the institutional governance theory of the new institutionalism,explores its advantages and disadvantages,and tries to depict the whole picture of the institutional governance theory.Thus it provides a useful and new perspective of institutional governance for adapting and leading the management development of the modern democratic national society,as well as analyzing and solving the problems in the realistic governance.
