Research On Network Communication Effect Of Public Emergency

In recent years,public emergency frequently happened in our country,which has brought great damage to public property,and thus aroused extensive concern of the public.With the rapid development of Internet technology,especially the mobile Internet technology,the public are increasingly inclined to participate in the discussion of public emergencies through the network,and has a significant impact on the network communication of public emergencies,the network has become one of the important platforms for public to express their views and to supervise public emergencies on public emergencies.Therefore,in the ever-changing day,after the outbreak of public emergency,the public emergency information will give what kind of impact to the public through the network,the relevant government departments in the event of what measures should be taken to guide the public opinion,has become an important research object of this article.The paper combines the method of literature study and empirical study.On the basis of literature review,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the network of public emergency in China,and analyzes the influence of the "5W" transmission mode and the "Shannon-Weaver" information dissemination model,and find out the specific factors affecting public emergency network communication effect.The five influencing factors are the government credibility,the network media credibility,the external communication environment,the internal communication environment and the audience information processing ability,on the basis of the construction of the public emergency network communication effect research model,and based on the research of scholars,the paper puts forward the hypothesis of this study.Then,the paper intends to collect data for empirical research through the questionnaire survey,using SPSS statistical analysis software to collect the data for reliability and validity test,and factor analysis.On the basis of factor analysis,the network media credibility and network media professionalism are merged into one variable,namely,"network media credibility",also eliminated some inspection substandard measurement option,and the model was initially amended.Furthermore,the Structural Equation Model software is used to fit and correct the hypothesis model,the paper constructs the revised public emergency network communication effect research model,and is verified on the original hypothesis,research summary is as follows: the government credibility,external communication environment,internal communication environment,the network media credibility and audience information processing ability of public emergency all have a positive impact on network communication effect.Finally,according to the result of empirical study,the paper summarized the research conclusion.In order to avoid the negative impact of public emergency network transmission,on the basis of the research conclusion,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures respectively from four aspects of the government,media,opinion leaders and the social public.
