The Research On The Role Of Social Workers In The Process Of Community Governance

Community is the basic unit of social governance.The quality of community governance in urban and rural areas is closely related to the harmony and stability of the urban and rural grassroots,the implementation of major policies of the party and the state,and the vital interests of the people.In 2018,Chongqing municipal committee of the CPC and Chongqing municipal people’s government issued the implementation opinions on strengthening and improving urban and rural community autonomy in light of the actual situation of Chongqing,to guide the urban and rural community governance work of the whole city.The rule of tripartite work is a new method of community governance.In this paper,we study author hands-on in D village and social work as the research object,and to social workers in using shunt three things in the process of execution of work involved in D village governance role as the guidance,understand the segregation of the overall process of execution of work,three things and then discusses its role in the process of participation in community governance,the role of implementation difficulties and problem causes.Author divides this paper into six parts.The first part is introduction.Introduces the research background and research purpose and significance of this paper,to clarify the governance,community governance,the role of social workers and “Tripartite” work method and other related concepts,discusses the social role theory,the connotation of the social support theory and the theory of energized combed the domestic and foreign about the role of community governance,social workers and social work participation in community governance related research results.The second part describes the practice of tripartite work for L social workers,and expounds the basic process of tripartite work.The third part analyzes the roles that social workers play in the process of participating in community governance by “tripartite” work method,the forth part analyzes the performance of the role and the reasons for the difficulty in performing the role.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the difficulties mentioned in the previous part.The sixth part is the conclusion of the whole paper.On the basis of the conclusion,the direction of further research background and the role of social work in it are prospected.The study found that social workers played the roles of professional service providers,supporters,enablers,resource linkers,educators and advocates in the process of leshi and social workers participating in the community governance of D village with the “Tripartite” work method.In this process,social workers perform four kinds of role difficulties,include role ambiguity,role conflict,role incongruity and role distance.In view of the difficulties in the implementation of these roles,this paper puts forward the importance of pre-job vocational training and the establishment of talent transfer channels with colleges and universities.Reduce staff turnover,expand and stabilize team structure;Using the “Tripartite” work method to clarify the scope of functions;Four countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to enhance research awareness and capability.In order to provide reference for other social work institutions to participate in community governance.
