Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Of Governance In Honglon District Of Baotou City

As China's socialist market economic system gradually matures,the grassroots social management system is in a period of re-construction.Community governance has also become the focus of theoretical research and government reform.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances.At present,the existing governance methods of the community in Hondlon District are relatively lagging behind,and it is difficult to match the diverse and individualized needs of the people.Studying the problem of community governance and improving the existing model of community governance are of great significance to improving the quality of life of the residents of Hondlon District and the level of government public services and promoting economic and social development.Based on public governance theory,new public service theory,multi-center governance theory,etc.,this paper focuses on the community governance work in Hondlon District by using different research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire method and comparative analysis method.After conducting a field survey of the community in Hondlon District,while affirming the results,it also found that there are still many problems,such as the serious tendency of the residents' administrative system,the low participation of residents,the insufficient role of community social organizations,and community professionals.Lack of waiting.The main reasons are the imperfect participation mechanism of the community residents,the unclear responsibility of the subject of governance,the imperfect development of social organizations,and the imperfect incentive mechanism for staff.This paper also summarizes the community governance models of developed countries such as the United States,Singapore,Japan,and domestic Wuhan,Beijing and other places,and summarizes the advanced experience of community governance at home and abroad,in order to inspire the community governance in Hondlon District.Finally,some specific countermeasures for improving the community governance in Hondlon District are proposed,including clearing the relationship between the main body of governance,increasing the participation of residents,playing the role of social organization,and strengthening the construction of the workforce.
