Research On The Legal Regulation Of China’s Shared Economy

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,China’s economy has developed rapidly.The same shared economy as an economic family has also advanced rapidly in the attitude of dragons and entered a stage of rapid development.Various industries with a shared economy model have sprung up.The sharing of private cars as a typical industry for the sharing of economic models has grown rapidly.In the case of mobile Internet-based technologies and big data construction,the special car industry is in a very good position.The emergence of shared cars has caused a certain degree of refreshment and impact on the traditional taxi industry and the traditional leasing model.While the sharing economy brings people a better life and more convenience,problems are gradually emerging.Based on China’s current laws and regulations on sharing private cars,this paper focuses on the shortcomings and improvements of the current laws and regulations on special vehicles in China.Since China has not yet introduced the law on special vehicles at the national legal level,the innovation of this article is to use the existing rules and regulations on special vehicles to analyze the current problems of the private car sharing economy and propose better.Suggestions for the construction of special car laws.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part.It mainly explains the reasons for the topic selection and the background of the topic.The research significance of this article is also used to find the starting point of this article by analyzing some research status at home and abroad.point.The second part introduces the development process of the shared economy,especially the shared car,and finds out the characteristics of the private car sharing economy and conducts internal and external analysis of its legal relationship.On the one hand,it can make a certain understanding of the existing private car sharing economy,and then through internal and external analysis to find out the problems existing,so as to make better suggestions.The third part directly puts forward the status quo of the sharing ofeconomic laws and the existing problems of the car.Through the internal and external analysis,it analyzes the problems of the private car sharing economy,including the protection of consumers’ interests and the entry barrier.The establishment is not strict and so on.The fourth part puts forward corresponding solutions to the problem of the private car sharing economy mentioned in the third part.I hope that these suggestions can contribute to the legal regulation of the private car sharing economy.
