Economic Analysis Of Business Judgment Rule

In the era of economic globalization,the business management in Chinese business associations becomes more and more modernized and globalized.In this process,the balance between the power and obligation of the board became a problem.In developed country like the United States of America,business judgment rule is an important way to solve the problem.This paper is trying to explore what we can learn from business judgment rule through introducing and analyzing the rule in the perspective of law and economic.This paper began with the introduction of the rule and its history.Section two explained basic points and elements.Section three analyzed the rule in the perspective of law and economic.Section four explored what we can do in the practice of Chinese business association law.
