Block chain was first born in the field of information transmission and was introduced into the financial field because of its superior confidentiality and gradually became a new point of economic growth in various countries.Under such circumstances,it has become an international trend to accelerate the innovation of science and technology and promote the transformation of the research results of block chain technology.However,as a new thing,the application of block chain technology in the field of finance brings many problems,and the most important one is the infringement of consumers' rights and interests by block chain finance.With the development of block chain finance,the financial consumers' right to know,property security,information security,fair transaction and relief are easy to be infringed.Against this background,It is of great significance to strengthen the protection of consumers' rights and interests in block chain finance,to improve the protection system of consumers' rights and interests in block chain finance,and to promote the perfection of the legal system of block chain financial supervision.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the basic theory of block chain and the current situation of consumer rights and interests protection of block chain finance in China,which provides a prerequisite for further revealing the infringement of block chain finance on consumers' rights and interests.The second part mainly introduces the main types and causes of block chain financial infringement on consumers' rights and interests,including the infringement of the right to know,the infringement of the right to fair trade,and the infringement of the right to property security.The infringement of the right to information security and the impact on consumer rights relief.And based on the phenomenon,analyze the causes of block chain financial infringement on consumers' rights and interests,summed up the core crux.The third part introduces the successful practice of the protection of consumers' rights and interests in block-chain finance in the United Kingdom and the United States,that is,the British supervision sandboxie mechanism and the investor appropriateness rules,as well as the flexible regulatory thinking in the United States.This paper summarizes its reference significance to the perfection of consumer rights and interests protection system of block chain finance in China.The fourth part mainly comes from the perfect supervision of the supervision law of blockchain financial consumer's rights,the reference and thinking of the supervision of the protection of the blockchain financial consumer's rights and interests in China.
