Public Security Organs In C District Of Wuzhou City Dealing With Abnormal Deaths Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years,abnormal death incidents have repeatedly triggered family gatherings,petitions,and even large-scale mass incidents,which are easy to develop into major national public opinion incidents,which have brought negative impacts on the families of the deceased and social order,and attracted much attention from the society.Public security organs,as the main units responsible for handling incidents,are often pushed to the center of public opinion.At present,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,the responsibilities of various government departments are not clear,and their own disposal work is not standardized,making the public security organs in the disposal of abnormal deaths difficult,and the problems encountered are more and more diverse.Taking the disposal of abnormal deaths by the public security organs in C District of Wuzhou City as the research object,this paper takes the "G-Store-a-Woman Fall-down Death" as an example,guided by the theory of service-oriented government and public crisis management,and using the methods of literature research,interviews and case analysis,etc.,to analyze the problems existing in the disposal of abnormal deaths by the public security organs in C District of Wuzhou City.Based on the analysis of its causes,this paper puts forward some pertinent countermeasures for improvement.The first part of the paper elaborates the research status,research methods,research contents and ideas of abnormal deaths and their disposal at home and abroad.The second part elaborates the related concepts and the theoretical basis of this study.The third part analyses the general situation of abnormal deaths in C District of Wuzhou City,and elaborates on the causes,process and results of the death of a woman falling from a building in G Commercial Building.The fourth part introduces the measures and successes of the public security organs in Wuzhou C District in dealing with abnormal deaths.The fifth part analyses the problems and causes of handling abnormal deaths by public security organs in C District of Wuzhou City.The sixth part puts forward the improvement countermeasures of dealing with abnormal deaths by public security organs.The seventh part is the conclusion of this paper,which summarizes and evaluates the research of this paper.It is found that the public security organs in C District of Wuzhou City have both success and problems in dealing with abnormal deaths.From the actual situation,in the current complex social environment,it is impossible to successfully solve the abnormal death events and all kinds of problems caused by them only by the strength of the public security organs.The paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as further improving laws and regulations,establishing and perfecting working mechanism,fulfilling the responsibilities of various government departments,establishing public opinion response departments,and establishing relief work system.It emphasizes that all government departments should work together to solve the current predicament and ensure the smooth development of the disposal of abnormal deaths.
