Study On The Construction Of Political Culture Within The CPC

The construction of political culture within the party is a new task of the party construction in the new era and occupies a fundamental position in the great project of the party construction in the new era.The political culture within the party is essentially different from the general party culture,and has the distinct characteristics of party spirit,such as political nature,popular nature,initiative,leading type and inheritance.At the same time,the political culture within the party also has the basic functions of dynamic guidance,motivation and restraint.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of political culture within the party.It is not only the inevitable requirement of adhering to and developing the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also the fundamental action of deepening and expanding the comprehensive and strict governance of the party.The construction of political culture within the party not only helps to maintain the party's advanced nature and purity,but also plays a very important role in purifying the political ecology within the party and,to a certain extent,leads the direction of the advanced socialist culture.The current political culture within the party is generally positive and healthy,with a good development trend.However,due to the influence of feudal culture,decadent western thoughts and market economy environment,the unhealthy political culture within the party has shown signs of rising gradually in recent years,and various negative cultures have grown and spread.At present,there are eight prominent problems in the political culture of the party,such as the bureaucratic culture.In view of these problems existing in the construction of political culture within the party,this paper tries to analyze the causes from the dimensions of individual,system and culture,and tries to seek solutions.In order to build a good political culture within the party,the top-level design should go first.Innovate the education of ideal and faith to cast the soul of inner-party political culture;We should take inner-party political life seriously and cultivate the foundation of inner-party political culture.Strengthen the party's disciplineconstruction and standardize the rules of political culture within the party;Select and employ persons scientifically,dredge the source of political culture within the party;Strengthen the leading and demonstration,implement the main responsibility of political culture within the party;Purify the party's social ethos,and cultivate the soil of political culture within the party.
