| Sharing development is the pursuit of a better life for mankind for thousands of years.Since the concept of shared development has been first put forward from a strategic perspective in the Recommendations for the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development Formulated by the CPC Central Committee that was adopted at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,and the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core has not forgotten its initial heart,always adheres to the people-centered principle,vigorously promotes shared development,and makes the achievements of reform and development benefit all the people.But overall,in the process of promoting the realization of shared development,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,on the basis of a deep understanding of the connotation of shared development,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the problems and reasons that China faces in realizing Shared development and try to find the solutions.The thesis comprehensively and systematically discusses the problems related to the realization of shared development in China in the new era by using a combination of quantitative and qualitative integration,history and logic,and interdisciplinary research.The details are as follows:The first part defines the relevant concepts of "new era" and "Shared development",analyzes the significance of realizing Shared development in China in the new era,so as to lay an important foundation for the full study and discussion.The second part,from the perspective of the Marxist Chineseization research discipline,deeply explores the sharing thoughts of Marx and Engels,the sharing thoughts of sinicization of marxism and the sharing thoughts of traditional Chinese culture,providing theoretical support for the research on the realization path of China’s sharing development.The third part,based on reality,analyzes the main problems faced by China in achieving shared development,and finds the causes of the current problems,including the imbalance and insufficient development in the primary stage,the lack of awareness of "sharing" among the subjects of shared development,the imperfection of income distribution system and democratic political system,the long-term influence of urbanrural dual structure,etc.The fourth part,aiming at the problems and reasons,puts forward countermeasures to promote the sharing development from the aspects of improving the quality of development and consolidating the foundation of sharing development,strengthening the cultivation and popularization of basic concepts of sharing development,improving the income distribution system and democratic political system,and promoting the integration of urban and rural sharing development.Starting from the basic connotation of shared development,this paper makes the following innovations on the problems and countermeasures of achieving shared development: The first is to summarizes the main problems faced by China in the realization of shared development in the new era.According to the three dimensions of All-people Sharing,All-round Sharing,Co-construction and Sharing,this paper summarizes the three most important problems facing the realization of shared development: the huge income gap among residents and the arduous task of lifting the rural population out of poverty,the obvious imbalance in the supply of basic public services,and the great differences in the opportunities of shared development among different groups.The second is to analyze the reasons for the main problems faced by China in the realization of shared development in the new era.First of all,it is determined by the basic national conditions in which China is still in the primary stage of socialism.Insufficient and unbalanced development leads to a large income gap between the people and uneven supply of basic public services,which leads to different social strata having different economic bases and different living environments,so people face different opportunities.Secondly,thought is the precursor of action.As the main body of shared development,people’s weak sense of "sharing" will directly affect the whole process of shared development.Thirdly,the imperfection of the system,especially the income distribution system and the democratic political system,will greatly reduce the effectiveness of guaranteeing social equity through institutional adjustment.Finally,China’s long-term urban-rural dual structure has created a deep gap between urban and rural areas,which is an important reason for hindering the development of shared development between urban and rural areas. |
