Study On The Legalization Of The Purc Hase Of Public Sports Services By Government Of China

Introducing the form of “government purchase” into the process of public service production and provision is an institutionalized response to the diversified demand of the people to public sports services.Through government purchase,the productive efficiency of public sports services in C hina is promoted,and the industry structure and resources allocation of sports is optimized.However,there are still many problems in the development.The main path of institutional reform includes promoting the legalization process of government purchasing public sports service to work according to local circumstances,and detailing supervision system to ensure the fairness and effectiveness of government purchasing public sports service,and supporting accurately the social sports organizations to improve the competitiveness of public sports service supply market.Firstly,this paper sorted out the basic principle of government purchasing public sports service,then reviewed and analyzed the current situation of government purcha sing public sports service,trying to find out the possible problems,and finally put for ward the basic framework of promoting the standardized operation of government pur chasing public sports service mode,so as to provide a comparatively perfect system fo r government purchasing public sports service mode.The content and structure of this paper will be divided into four parts.The first p art is the basic theory of government purchasing public sports service system.The sec ond part is the analysis of the types of public sports services purchased by the govern ment at the present stage in China.The third part is the current situation,problems an d reasons of the government's purchase of public sports services.The fourth part is the theoretical suggestions to improve the framework of the system of public sports servi ces purchased by our government.Proposed the relevant theoretical suggestions for th e third chapter,1.Promoting the legalization process of government purchasing public sports services according to local conditions;2.Perfecting the system construction of government purchasing public sports services;3.Accurately supporting social sports organizations to improve public bodies.The competitiveness of the supply market of e ducational services is briefly summarized.
