Comparison And Optimization Of TMB、BlueBlood And Acid Yellow To Enhance Latent Blood Footprints On Nonpermeable Floor

According to the public literature,there are already TMB,BlueBlood,Acid Yellow and other technical methods to enhance the blood potential footprint of the crime scene,according to the characteristics of different substances in the latent blood footprint.The actual application shows that these methods have greatly improved the extraction and utilization of the latent blood footprint,but it is found that there are significant differences in the results when different people apply these methods.At present,no one has conducted comparative research and in-depth optimization.In this paper,experimental verification and comparative analysis are used to systematically study the suitable objects,application conditions and optimal application of these methods.The first,to classify the effects of five types of TMB and five formulas of Acid Yellow,and compare and analyze them to determine the best application objects and conditions of 5 types of TMB and five formulas of Acid Yellow.The second,the effects of latent blood footprints on 10 common nonpermeable floors which were enhanced with TMB,Acid Yellow and BlueBlood were compared and analyzed.The third,on the basis of the experimental analysis,three methods are analyzed for the optimal application and remedial measures.This study showed that the effect of covering the latent blood footprint with wet tissue paper of TMB was the best,which was suitable for light-colored nonpermeable objects.BlueBlood is suitable for light-colored nonpermeable objects with a large color difference.The formula 3 of Acid Yellow is simpler and safer than other formulas,and is suitable for dark nonpermeable objects.When enhancing the latent blood footprints on the light-colored object,it is recommended to select the BlueBlood,When the latent blood footprints on the dark object is enhanced,it is recommended to select the Acid Yellow.BlueBlood and Acid Yellow have shown better effect as a staining method to repair each other after failure.After the failure of the Acid Yellow,the experimental results of the second appearance with Acid black were better.
