A Study On The Improvement Of The Institutional Environment For The Development Of Women's Social Organization In Zhongshan District Of Dalian City

In addition to having the common function of social organizations in general,women's social organizations play an important role in making up for the insufficient supply of public management services to women's groups,safeguarding and realizing the legitimate rights and interests of women's groups,and promoting equality between men and women.It also has a unique role and advantage in improving the living environment for women,expanding the space for women's public participation in activities,and meeting the needs of women's individual organizations in life.It is an important manifestation of female consciousness awakening and an important carrier for active participation in social affairs.Increasingly,it has become an important force for innovative social governance and the provision of public services.At present,the development of women's social organizations in our country is slow and faces many problems.Its development has not been sufficiently recognized and supported.There is also a lack of targeted and systematic research on women's social organizations.This paper takes the women's social organization in Zhongshan as the research object,mainly uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire investigation method and the interview method to discuss and study the institutional environment of women's social organization development.First of all,on the basis of domestic and foreign studies on institutional theory and women's social organizations,the data and materials obtained through questionnaires and interviews are used to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the development of women's social organizations in mountainous areas.Including low organizational development and lack of autonomy,difficulty in accessing resources,lack of social credibility,and poor organizational and operational capabilities.Secondly,based on institutional theory and from the perspective of institutional environment,the paper analyzes the formal and informal systems that affect the development of women's social organizations.Finally,proposals are made for regulating the formal system and improving the informal system with a view to promoting the development of women's social organizations through improving the institutional environment.
