Study On Emergency Management And Strategy Of Infectious Diseases Of Shunde District,Foshan City

In recent years,public health emergencies have become hot issues of global concern,especially for the major infectious diseases such as the 2003 SARS outbreak,the 2005 global bird flu,the 2010 global outbreak of H1N1 flu,the 2014 outbreak of Ebola Virus in West Africa,dengue fever epidemic plagued in many provinces and cities in recent years,and Madagascar plague outbreak in 2017,the 2018 Vaccine events.As an economically developed and dense population,Shunde is a relatively open city.Shunde is also the "City of Gastronomy “in the world.Shunde locals have a preference for wild animals and extreme requirements for food materials,pursuing "tender" and "slippery" flavor.According to public information,the first case of SARS was reported in Shunde,coming with H7N9 in 2017.Therefore,strengthening the emergency management of infectious diseases in Shunde should become a routine work.This paper expounds the related theories of epidemic situation and emergency management of infectious diseases,and points out the present situation of emergency management of infectious diseases in Shunde District of Foshan City from the basic situation of emergency work and emergency operation mechanism,the establishment of emergency agencies and the management status of relevant agencies,Although the emergency management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in Shunde District of Foshan City has achieved good results,there are still some problems,such as imperfect emergency system,unobstructed epidemic information channel,unclear responsibility of on-site treatment of epidemic situation,weak professional emergency team,and lack of knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control among residents,Further analysis of Foshan Shunde District infectious disease emergency management of the existing problems,put forward the idea of improving the emergency management of infectious diseases.The innovation of this paper is based on the reform of government organization and medical treatment in Shunde District of Foshan City,combined with the development of basic public health services and the operation mode of medical,educational and other government departments.According to the work practice,the paper puts forward the feasible measures to enhance the emergency management of infectious diseases,such as perfecting the laws and regulations and emergency treatment system,strengthening the performance evaluation of the emergency management of infectious diseases in medical institutions at all levels,implementing the responsibility of emergency management of infectious diseases in various government departments,strengthening the construction of professional quality of the contingent,strengthening the propaganda of knowledge on prevention and control of infectious diseases,improving the emergency management of infectious diseases,and providing a healthy and comfortable living environment for the masses.
