From 2014,the case of illegal fund-raising throughout Chengdu.Due to the large amount and people,social stability caused adverse effects.Disposaling the event of illegal fund-raising timely,efficiently,safeguarding the financial order is the problem must to be solved.This paper describes the disposal of illegal fund-raising in Chengdu,describes the difficult and the typical.And the effective measures to control illegal fund-raising is discussesed.This paper is divided into eight chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter describes the difficult and typicalness.The third chapter is the case description of illegal fund-raising.Theforth,fifth,sixth chapters analyzes the early warning plans,measures and prevention plans of dealing with the “MQL” illegal fund-raising event.The seventh and eighth chapters get inspiration and prospect of dealing with the illegal fund-raising event.The research shows that the key to solve the problem is to control the illegal fund-raising,and to solve the problem that the problem is not clear and the rights and obligations are not equal in the process of illegal financing.The problem of the financing is to reduce the problem of illegal financing,to play the role of the market economy,to realize the economic order,to maintain social stability.
