Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Reform Of Public Welfare Institutions In Chongqing

With the continuous deepening of the reform of public institutions,the reform of public welfare institutions has become a problem to be solved.Unlike other institutions,public welfare institutions are the main carrier of China's public welfare undertakings facing the public.At this stage,China's public welfare undertakings are also flourishing.Therefore,in the process of restructuring,such institutions have to be solved.This paper takes public welfare institutions as study subject,and this research mainly uses theory of organization classification,public goods and Public service industry economics.This paper starts from the theoretical level,analyzes the characteristics,significance and development history of the existing public welfare institutions,enumerates the achievements in the reform process,and also analyzes the problems found.Especially in view of the specific situation,plans and corresponding measures of Chongqing's social public welfare institutions in the course of reform,this paper probes into one by way of comparison,drawing on the comparatively successful case experience of other social public welfare undertakings,and combining the characteristics and trends of the development of China's social public welfare undertakings.The way of internal system reform of public welfare institutions with Chinese characteristics.The reform of public welfare institutions is not only fulfilling the theory of system management,but also changing the way of government function.On the one hand,the reform of public welfare institutions will stimulate the all the public institutions to flourish.On the other hand,the reform should be mild and steady,for the welfare of the whole society.Due to resource and time constraints,specific further optimization programs and ideas will continue in-depth study in the follow-up work.
