From now on two decades ago,Mongolia has to move market economy,it has brought great changes of political,economic,social and other aspects.By the way,Mongolian citizens had proprietorship to own private property that is entitled to possess and dispose of the property.The other hand if owner's passing away without survivorship,perhaps it could makes a lot of trouble front of the law & judgement.With the prosperity and development of market economy,social continuously improvement of people's living standard,more individuals as means of production and subsistence,inheritance disputes are increasing,became social conflicts,the focus of civil disputes.It also requires to follow the development of the legal system and social relationships,to develop and improve the legal system.To see review the historical development of succession system in the Civil Code of Mongolia,and it'll be found that many issues still existing and have not been resolved yet.In practice,as the conflict escalated,the community improve the inheritance law calls for gradually increasing.Under the above social and legal background,studies of the inheritance law and its discovery is particularly important.As proof of the State organs of the notarial,legal and notarial procedures under notarization of inheritance,not only to ensure succession of fair,true and legal,while resolving the conflicts,maintain social stability,which fully demonstrates the notary's important role in the regulation of civil legal relations.Testament notarization system,this paper also discusses the importance of notarization of inheritance law.Inheritance is an important component in the field of civil law.In between from 1926 to 2002 inheritance studies content,by studying the inheritance laws of Mongolia origin and modifying the Civil Code enacted.Inheritance is an important civil juristic acts concerning property ownership transfer.In Mongolia,because of the traditional entrenched that legislation will be unlucky,and therefore will inherit system in order to get a very good development.National legal advocacy is not in place,lower citizens legal awareness and other unfavourable to the perfection of the legal system in Mongolia.Incomplete legal system would seriously harm heirs and successors and other legitimate rights and interests.In finally,the aim of this research work is to identify problems and propose solutions.
