Research On The Predicament And Countermeasure Of Network Anti-corruption Under The New Situation

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the current situation of the anti-corruption struggle in China is still severe and complicated.It is necessary to adhere to an all-round,zero-tolerance attitude and to consolidate the overwhelming situation and win overwhelming victory.Under the new situation of the anti-corruption struggle,how to use the Internet as an important platform to effectively prevent and punish corruption,improve the network anti-corruption system,and continuously push forward China's anti-corruption struggle to a deeper level has become an urgent issue facing us.The continuous development of network information technology has made the network a weapon for anti-corruption.However,due to the virtual and anonymity of the network itself,the moral quality of netizens needs to be improved,and the network anti-corruption legal system is incomplete,which has brought some negative impacts on anti-corruption work.This paper analyzes the characteristics,development process and status quo of network anti-corruption,and analyzes the cases of network anti-corruption success cases and disputed cases,extending the predicament of network anti-corruption,such as the privacy of citizens is easily violated,and the information on the network is authentic.It is difficult to distinguish,and it is easy to disclose the case,which makes it difficult to handle cases,the Internet users are easy to be emotional,the anti-corruption interaction between the government and the people is not strong,and the legal system is lacking.In view of the predicament,the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of network anti-corruption development under the new situation,strengthens moral education,advocates rational anti-corruption,optimizes the rule of law environment,promotes the rule of law against corruption,enhances the interaction between government and the people,and improves the benign network anti-corruption mechanism;public opinion monitoring and judgment,construction Network anti-corruption early warning and disposal mechanism;strengthen network security and build an information security network anti-corruption environment.Network anti-corruption is an effective supplement to China's traditional anti-corruption and an important weapon in China's anti-corruption struggle.I hope that the research in this paper can provide certain practical significance and reference value for the in-depth anti-corruption struggle.
