The Research Of Electronic Signature Identification

In today's judicial appraisal,signature handwriting identification occupies a considerable portion of the proportion,signature is an important basis for the true meaning of a document,and also a proof of the subject of legal liability.However,with the development of the times and the rise of e-commerce,some of the traditional signatures have been replaced by electronic signatures.With the rapid development of electronic products,electronic signatures are easier to operate,and are rapidly gaining popularity in daily life and work.However,due to the writing condition and the change of state,the same person of the electronic signature and the traditional handwritten signature has many differences,caused a lot of controversy in the judicial practice,also brings new issues and challenges for forensic handwriting.The electronic signature in this paper refers to the signature that combines handwritten signature with digitalization technology.This signature is that users can maintain the traditional way of handwriting,especially in the induction plate on the design of electronic pen handwriting input the personally signed a name written,identified by the computer program to respond after the treatment of the password,and then its signature data to sign file combination in order to reach the original on paper medium when writing my own to complete the sign and proof of action.Therefore,we can think that electronic signature is an extension of traditional signature in the field of electronics.With the introduction and amendment of the <Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China>,the electronic signature has achieved the same legal status as the traditional handwritten signature in the law.In judicial practice,the traditional handwriting is often seen,however,the electronic signature is still a new thing,the academic research for the identification is not thorough,related work is less,most of the current practice in the identification of the identification of people did not pay attention to the new problems,electronic case less of signature identification,related work is few,the future for electronic signature verification is an unavoidable issue.In view of this,in this paper,the author will collect electronic signature samples of a large number of common life and work,to change the writing conditions and status from the perspective of comparative analysis of the forms,characteristics and examination of electronic signature,in order to handwriting in judicial practice,for the identification of electronic signature to license test.This paper will take the finger-touch screen writing pen signature as one kind of common electronic signature as the research object,put forward the concept of electronic signature,and carries out research on forms and characteristics,electronic signature testing methods,techniques and instruments in the judicial practice in derivative problems.The study is divided into five parts.The first part is an overview of electronic signature.The author defines the new concept of electronic signature by defining the concept of electronic signature and digital signature and defining it.Then,based on the concept and category of electronic signature,the universality characteristics of electronic signature are summarized.The second part of the electronic signature is one of the common forms of finger touching screen signature.The author will use experimental method to analyze the formation and characteristics of hand written signature handwriting on finger touching screen.Then,according to the experimental results mentioned above,the characteristics and similarities between them and traditional handwritten handwriting handwriting handwriting are compared and analyzed,and the objective reflection characteristics of finger touch writing signature are extracted by the method of induction and summary.The third part is based on the experimental results of finger touch screen writingsignature,using a deductive study method to summarize the representative and regular characteristics of the electronic signature handwriting,and analyze the characteristics of the handwriting.By observing the characteristics of the handwriting of electronic signature and combining the different changes of writing condition and writing state,the author sums up its signature characteristics,in order to find out the common and stable characteristics between different electronic signatures,and provide the relevant basis for the test practice.The fourth part is the analysis of electronic signature verification technology.The author will discuss the key points of the identification of electronic signature from two aspects of practical procedure and technical method,and discuss the related derivative problems of electronic signature identification-the research on the imitation of electronic signature and the anti-counterfeiting advantage of electronic signature itself in the fourth section of this chapter.The fifth part,the author will sum up and combing the full text,the future prospect of electronic signature identification is also put forward.
