Discussion On The Reform Of Wuxi Administrative Service Center From The Perspective Of The Seam Less Government Theory

In order to meet the rapid economic and social development,and vigorously promote the construction of service-oriented government,Wuxi Municipal People’s Government to actively promote the administrative examination and approval system innovation,and the establishment of the Wuxi Municipal Government Service Center for local economic development has made some contribution.However,the government service center in the construction process,showing the legal status,administrative resource allocation,coordination mechanism and a series of urgent problems to be solved.Since the theory of seamless theory since 2002,it has become an important theoretical reference for the reform of government administrative system.The 18 th Party Congress clearly put forward to build a service-oriented government with functional science,structural optimization,clean and efficient,and satisfactory people.How to use the seamless thinking,so that the administrative examination and approval system reform in Wuxi City,the smooth progress is placed in front of the Wuxi Municipal People’s Government a difficult problem.This paper describes the status quo and reform achievements of the development of Wuxi Municipal Government Service Center,and dispatches the questionnairesurvey and interviews the staff of the Wuxi Municipal Government Service Center and the people of Wuxi City to explore the government service center.The existing problems,based on the theory of seamless to find the reasons for solving the problem,and the development of Wuxi City Government Service Center to provide policy recommendations.According to the questionnaire survey,the development of Wuxi Municipal Government Service Center has the problems of low efficiency,inefficient use of the Internet,serious waste of resources in the service center,and so on.Based on the current situation and problems in the development of Wuxi Municipal Government Service Center,this paper puts forward practical and feasible solutions to the development of Wuxi Municipal Government Service Service Center based on the seven principles of seamless construction theory.This paper is divided into five parts,the introduction part of the main research background,research significance,literature review at home and abroad were elaborated.The first part mainly defines the related concepts,and describes the seamless theory in detail.The second part mainly introduces the current situation and achievements of Wuxi city government service center development.The third part focuses on the problems in the development of Wuxi Municipal Government Service Center and the causes of the problems.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the government service center and puts forward the corresponding solutions.Countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Wuxi city government service center.
